i just ran my lungs out completely exhausted myself. But, my sinuses were finally cleared and i felt fantastic. i walk in side and cigarette smoke just engulfs me. It was one of the most disgusting moments of my life. literally the smell was everywhere I thought i was going to through up. and guess what my sinuses are stuffed again. I dont understand how parents/family members can say they love you but then try to kill you with cigarette smoke. like i swear they dont open any windows or doors. And they love to do it in MY room. Do you know how hard it is to get that smell out of your clothes? The absurdities of my family completely amazes me.
